About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic UI / UX Designer to join our creative team. As a UI / UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and interface design of our digital assets. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating innovative and user-centric solutions, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
You will report to our Head of Design and be supported by a team of mid and senior level designers.

Key responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to collect and evaluate user requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of project objectives.
- Concept Design: Create compelling concept designs that align with project goals and user needs.
- Design Strategy: Helping in developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI / UX design strategy that reflects the brand's vision and values.
- Visualization: Utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts and user journeys.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, and interactive prototypes.
- UI Element Design: Design user interface elements and tools, including navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, to enhance digital assets' usability and visual appeal.
- Consistency: Adhere to established style standards for typography and graphic design, ensuring brand consistency.
- UI Design Principles: Apply knowledge of UI design principles and techniques to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, incorporating feedback to enhance design across various products for both mobile and web.
- Client Interaction: Demonstrate the ability to interact with clients, gather feedback, and make necessary updates to design work, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize design tools such as Figma, Miro, Photoshop, and prototyping software to bring designs to life.
- Team Player: Be a collaborative team player who can also work independently when assigned tasks.
- Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Time Management: Demonstrate strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including Figma, Miro, Photoshop, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Salary range:
$60,000 - $80,000 USD
